Keeping the Team on Track – Part I

While we carry out the project we need to keep the team on track, right?

So, here are a few questions for you to think about and answer:

At your current workplace, what tools and techniques are used to keep the team on track?

Now, after you took the course, what do you think about how project teams are kept on track at your workplace?

Do you feel that now you have learned a better way of keeping teams on track? If yes, what would you do differently?
